The CO.ME.B. Srl stone burier machine is able to work, in a single pass, a soil that is particularly compromised by the presence of crop residues or old grass, making it soft, fluffy and smooth. Its peculiarity is the ability to sift and bury pebbles, stones and debris deep down, thus avoiding operators having to proceed with their removal with further processing.

They are reverse rotation tillers with a selection grid that collects clods, stones and pebbles and lets them fall downwards: in this way it is possible to clean the soil and stratify it so that only fine soil is present in the most superficial layer.

The machine is generally composed of the frame, rotor, vibrating grid and levelling shield with crank or bonnet:

– The frame is designed to withstand stony and particularly hard soil without problems. It can also be supplied with a reinforced double bottom for particularly demanding contexts;

– the rotor, thanks to the reverse rotation of the blades, lifts clods of earth, stones or debris dragging them towards the vibrating grid;

– the  vibrating grid acts as a sort of “rake”: it lets through the soft soil ideal for sowing while collecting hard soil, stones, pebbles and debris. These fall down where the surface layer has been lifted, thus being buried deep underground;

– Finally, a levelling shield (mod. ISXL e ISL) or a shield  (mod. IS e ISR) regulates the soil and makes it smooth, homogeneous and even for more efficient sowing and to avoid excess work in the subsequent phases.
